At Mociun, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our curated collections and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Mociun packaging, ensuring all jewelry boxes and designer tags are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 5 business days.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method, typically appearing within 7-10 business days.
